In 2015 Andy embraced the role of society secretary with enthusiasm and a tremendous energy. Over the years these levels have not wavered. As a society we have a figure head who is well respected and highly regarded by its membership. No matter the query, question orntime of day, the team are always swift, professional and effective. I have full confidence in the teams abilities and the direction that the breed is taking under Andy's leadership.

Over the past few years I have had the pleasure to getting to know Andy Ryder well. During this time he has earned my admiration and respect. I find Andy to be an extremely knowledgeable and capable person whose hands on approach is enviable. His dedication, self-motivation and methodical work ethic shines through. I can confidently say Andy exudes all these qualities and I would highly recommend him.

Pedigree Livestock Services were able to provide a cost effective 9 to 5 service, 5 days a week with full cover for sickness and holidays, meaning a big administrative problem for the Society was removed. PLS now process all our pony registrations, transfers and memberships including uploads to the Central Equine Database. We have our named contact in the PLS team who got to grips with our complex registration processes quickly and efficiently. We have found the PLS team friendly and very willing to help with additional tasks such as bulk mailings and this has been a big help to a small volunteer led Society. We hope to continue our relationship with PLS for many years to come.
