Stephanie Ryder Joins Pedigree Livestock Services

Pedigree Livestock Services is excited to announce the addition of Stephanie Ryder to their team, starting in June. After a remarkable 33-year tenure at Farmers Guardian, Stephanie has decided to embark on a new chapter in her career, bringing her extensive experience and passion for agriculture to Pedigree Livestock Services.

Stephanie’s journey with Farmers Guardian has been nothing short of remarkable. From her early days as a sales agent to her rise to Sales Director, she has been instrumental in steering the company through numerous milestones and challenges. Her involvement in transitioning Farmers Guardian from a broadsheet newspaper to a tabloid and then to a magazine format highlights her adaptability and forward-thinking approach. 

Steph has been a lifelong champion for the auction marts through the “Marts the Heart” campaign and awards. Stephanie’s dedication and commitment to the agricultural community have earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and industry professionals alike.

Throughout her tenure, Stephanie has navigated the agricultural sector through tumultuous times, including the Foot and Mouth outbreak, Brexit, and the Covid-19 pandemic. Her efforts have not only helped sustain the industry but also facilitated its growth through strategic developments and acquisitions, expanding the company’s portfolio into the events space. Reflecting on her time at Farmers Guardian, Stephanie expressed her gratitude for her career and the acknowledges the impact the publication and its people have had on her life and career. “I have been truly privileged to work with and learn from some amazing people and businesses over the years,” said Stephanie. “It’s been an absolute rollercoaster that has gone in the blink of an eye.”
